Our inn is licensed with the state (license # BNB601276), county (LBTR# 199812288)and municipality (BTR #2021-0138,) requiring strict standards of operation.  The Health Department inspects us 4 times annually, our water is tested 4 times per year and the Fire Marshall imposes rigorous standards. 


We have exceeded these regulations to further insure the health and safety of our guests with the following measures:


+ Medical grade HEPA filters in all guest rooms       

+ Ultraviolet lights in air-conditioning  system             

+ Rooms treated between guests with atomized, non-toxic commercial grade 7% peroxide to destroy COVID-19 and other harmful viruses and bacteria

+ Hand sanitizing machines                                               

+ Superior water quality due to commercial reverse osmosis system
